The Next Honest Step
A private 90-minute coaching session for thoughtful women in transition
You know something needs to change.
You may even have a sense of what you want—but your thoughts are tangled with responsibility, fear, other people's expectations, or the pressure to make the "right" decision.
Maybe you're at a crossroads. Maybe something that once fit no longer does. Or maybe you keep saying, "I don't know what I want," while another part of you quietly suspects that you do.
You do not need to arrive with everything figured out.
You do not need a five-year plan.
You need enough space to hear yourself clearly again.
What we'll do
During this private session, we'll focus on one issue, decision, or transition.
Together, we'll:
- • Slow down the noise and identify what is actually creating the overwhelm.
- • Separate outside expectations and "shoulds" from what you genuinely want and value.
- • Look for possibilities that may be difficult to see from inside the problem.
- • Clarify what matters most right now.
- • Identify one clear, compassionate, realistic next step.
I will not tell you what you should do. My role is to listen closely, ask the questions that help you hear yourself, challenge assumptions when they are keeping you stuck, and help you find a way forward that feels honest and possible.
What you'll leave with
Not a completely reinvented life or a plan you cannot realistically maintain.
You'll leave with a clearer understanding of what is happening, a stronger sense of what you want, and one next step you can actually take.
