Coaching is a partnership focused on clarity, growth, and aligned action. I help you understand who you are and what's possible for you.

The coaching relationship

Coaching is different from therapy, though it can complement it. While therapy often looks at past wounds, coaching focuses on your present and future. We work together to:

  • Increase self-awareness — Understand your patterns, values, and what truly matters to you.
  • Clarify your vision — Get clear on who you want to become and what success looks like for you.
  • Create accountability — Stay committed to your goals and next steps between sessions.
  • Take aligned action — Move forward with clarity and intention, at a pace that works for your nervous system.

I'm here to ask powerful questions, reflect back what I hear, celebrate your progress, and gently challenge you to grow. But you're the expert on your own life.

Trauma lives in the nervous system. I understand how past experiences shape your responses and capacity. We move slowly, with your consent, creating a safe container for growth.

Nervous System & ADHD Friendly

Your nervous system and neurodivergent brain deserve respect. I offer clear structure, limited choices, predictable pacing, and check in with your energy. No overwhelming homework or pressure to move faster than feels right.

Identity & Direction Focused

We start with who you are, not just what you want to do. Your values, strengths, and authentic desires guide every conversation. Direction follows naturally from a solid sense of identity.
