About Me
My path shaped the way I coach. I understand transition, self-doubt, and nervous system strain from both training and lived experience.
My Story
My own path has not been straightforward, and I don't believe most meaningful lives are.
Like many women, I spent years moving through life doing what I thought I was supposed to do — pushing through, holding things together, and trying to stay functional even when something deeper in me was asking for care, attention, and change.
Eventually, I had to slow down and listen.
What I found was not failure, but an invitation to get honest. Honest about what was no longer working, about how overwhelmed my system had become, and about how disconnected I felt from myself.
That season changed me.
Through trauma-informed coaching, nervous system support, reflection, and identity work, I began to rebuild from a more truthful place. I started paying attention to what was already within me — my values, my needs, my natural way of being, and the kind of life I actually wanted to create.
That experience shapes the way I coach now.
I support thoughtful women who are moving through change and trying to find their footing again. Women who want more than advice or pressure. Women who want space to think clearly, reconnect with themselves, and move forward in a way that feels grounded, meaningful, and true.
I bring training in trauma-informed coaching, nervous system regulation, and identity-focused work. But just as important, I bring lived understanding, deep care, and respect for how hard it can be to find your way when life no longer fits the old shape.
I believe change is part of being human. I also believe we can meet it with more gentleness, more clarity, more ease, and more self-trust than most of us were taught.
Training & Background
MentorCoach-trained professional life coach | Current ICF member | B.A. in Psychology | Licensed Heart-Centered Leader
I'm a MentorCoach-trained professional life coach and a current member of the International Coaching Federation.
I'm also a Licensed Heart-Centered Leader through Danielle LaPorte's Heart Centered Leadership Program, and I hold a bachelor's degree in psychology.
In addition to my formal training, my work has been shaped by decades of volunteer service in supportive and crisis-oriented spaces, including crisis hotlines and pregnancy support settings.
My Values
Trauma-Informed
I understand that overwhelm, shutdown, urgency, and self-doubt do not happen in a vacuum. I work in ways that honor safety, pacing, and the wisdom of your nervous system.
Nervous System & ADHD Friendly
I value clarity, gentleness, and structure that supports rather than pressures. I want this work to feel workable for real humans with real lives, real stress, and different ways of processing.
Consent-Based
You are always in charge of your own process. I may offer reflection, structure, or perspective, but I won't push, override, or decide for you.
Collaborative
I bring coaching experience and tools. You bring lived experience and self-knowledge. We work together, and both matter.
Identity-Focused
Before we rush toward goals or plans, I want to understand who you are now — what matters to you, what fits, and what feels true.
Realistic & Grounded
I'm not interested in pretending everything is fine or pushing positivity where honesty is needed. I believe in meeting real life with compassion, clarity, and grounded hope.
