- "What kind of capacity do I have today?" (low / medium / high)
- "What would feel supportive, not impressive?"
- "What's one thing that would make today feel like it counted?"

By checking in with your actual capacity instead of your "should," you set yourself up for a day that feels manageable. Not impressiveāmanageable. And that's where real momentum comes from.
